INTERNATIONAL ETCHELLS CLASS ASSOCIATION NEWS LIST NEWS ARTICLE Feb 11, 2004 - Results of voting at Special General Meetings Proposed Amendment to One Design Rule 5.5.3 (c) "At sanctioned regattas no more than two mainsails, two headsails and two spinnakers shall be presented for measurement and the same sails measured shall be the only sails used at that regatta. The combined vote at the Adelaide and Florida SGM on the proposal to allow two mainsails has been tallied.
