Message from the Chairman - Winter 2008

Advancements within the Class continue to be made. The Ring Frame previously reported is now in effect along with a change in the tabbing specifications for bulkheads. All excellent changes to better enhance the life of the boats and longevity of the class. Neither of these changes will affect performance of your boats. They will simply reduce the potential for damage.

Sherri Campbell and Jerelyn Biehl of One Design Management have done a wonderful job as your Class Secretary(s). It has been a steep learning curve which they have handled wonderfully. Expect more to come from this direction.

Pat Stadel (USA1313) has donated a new trophy to the World Championship-The World Championship Corinthian Trophy for boats with amateur skipper and crew. It is important to recognize the roots of our founding and Pat has made this possible. Thank you Pat!
